Ralph K. Mensah, DDS, FICOI, AIAOMT
Managing Partner, Premier Holistic Services
Dr. Ralph Mensah serves as Managing Partner of Premier Holistic Services. He has operated a successful private practice for several years; utilizing technology to provide the most precise and cutting edge dentistry. He is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of North Carolina— Adams School of Dentistry and is well respected by his students. Dr. Mensah serves on the Executive boards for the North Carolina Dental Society Foundation - Missions of Mercy (MOM) and the Old North State Dental Society. His areas of focus includes clinical provider and office training, recruitment, brand development and implementation.
John E. Kempter, DDS, FICOI, AIAOMT
Managing Partner, Premier Holistic Services
Dr. John Kempter serves as the Managing Partner of Premier Holistic Services. He founded Kempter Holistic Dentistry, a highly successful dental practice located in Concord and Charlotte, North Carolina that focuses on Complete Holistic Dentistry. Clinically, Dr. Kempter’s main area of interest is in holistic dental surgery including implant placement and the use of platelet rich fibrin (PRF). As the CEO, Dr. Kempter is also the visionary behind Premier Holistic Services. He serves multiple roles in the organization including support team training, culture development, brand development, and patient engagement training. He also plays a major role in the PHS holistic associate headhunter program and internship program.
Gina Helms
Chief Operating Officer, Premier Holistic Services
Gina serves as Chief Operating Officer for Premier Holistic Services. Gina has been in dentistry since 2013 and has a true passion for the field. She has worked in several positions from clinical chair side to administrative and presently serves as Practice Manager. Her wealth of knowledge regarding the operations of a dental office from both the clinical and administrative aspect is a huge asset to Premier Holistic Services. Throughout her dental career, Gina has received additional training and certification in Dental Sleep Medicine, Bio-PRF, and PRF Esthetics. Her areas of focus include administrative team training, implementation, operational leadership, and team management.
William Hamilton-Barlow
President of Business Development, Premier Holistic Services
William Hamilton-Barlow III serves as the President of Business Development for Premier Holistic Services. As a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in Management and Society, William brings a unique perspective of organizational ecosystems to the team. Additionally, with six years of experience in the fast food industry, he developed his strategic planning, systems management and leadership skills while training to own a franchise. After leaving the quick service sector to start his own consulting business, William discovered a passion for the dental industry after working hands-on in a successful dental practice. His ongoing expertise in system implementation, goal-setting, and fundraising plays a critical role in driving the mission of Premier Holistic Services forward.
